Any advice? (Sorry about the long explaination)

I'm seeing this girl and we talk all the time. The other day I thought that I sent her a message and I never got a response from her. I checked my messages the day after and saw that I had forgotten to send the message and now I don't know whether I should be upset that I was sitting round waiting for a reply to a message I never sent or about the fact that if I don't message her first we never talk. (This has happened a few times where we just haven't spoken). Any advice?

Omygood creepy do you think is a gost that prevents you to not send this message or it's a sign from Gad????
Oh for goodness sake, overthinking ruins relationships. Just send her a message if you want to speak to her. Some people are absolutely rubbish at messaging first, no matter how much they like someone. It's just the way some people are.
