Keele University Officers Training Corps

Hi, has anyone from Keele University joined the OTC?. I am looking into where it takes place and seen Birmingham OTC has an affiliation with Keele, however Birmingham is a fair distance from Keele.
Curious is anyone has joined and managed to do it whilst at Keele and what the distance is like to travel weekly?
Or if any other Keele students have joined any other locations such as Wrexham, Liverpool or Manchester?
