I’ve been accepted to train for PGCE starting Sep 2019, I’ve already had 4 years funding as I dropped out of my first year and moved Uni, will I still qualify again for my PGCE?

PGCE funding isn’t affected by previous study.

Yes you can be funded for a PGCE course, we don't take into account any previous study that your have undertaken previously. You can apply for a Maintenance Loan and Tuition Fee Loan.
Thanks, Erin
