St. Andrews placements?

Hi, I’m looking to do biological sciences at university and really like the look of St. Andrews, however they don’t obviously offer industrial placement four year courses, which is quite important for biological sciences.
Anyone know if they offer them through a different scheme such as summer courses, or if they are an option for the courses?
