I feel like I need my ex back but I am going on my year abroad in September. Is it worth trying to get her back?
My ex and I broke up a week ago and I'm giving about 3 weeks apart before I message her again. We had been together a year and loved each other lots and had something special. She ended things because she thought it was for the best but there were a couple of factors to why she broke up with me:
•She wasn't hopeful the year abroad would last
•We had fights about irrelevant stuff e.g. cooking and teasing
•She wanted some time for us two to focus on ourselves to improve our mental health
•Not as much excitement as we used to have at the beginning
•To many opportunities to fix things had been wasted
Help!?
I also feel my actions are really irrational and am paranoid at the moment and constantly have the urge to find out what she's doing!
Is it worth trying to subtly get her to want me back again before I go off in September to Europe?

If you love her then you should get back with her. But if you feel like your relationship is become toxic, it’s better to find someone else abroad.
