Your questions conflate ethical, ecofriendly and healthy foods and ask about more than one in single questions. It will be impossible to know whether people are thinking about one, some or all three of these things.

Prior to research I interlink eco-friendly foods and healthy foods as one and the same from prior research. Maybe it wasn't worded too well.

That's a bit of a leap! And doesn't address ethical foods (I always pick outdoor reared bacon because of ethical concerns about animal welfare but that doesn't make my bacon butty healthy!)
