No No No No No.
It's way too little. Take it from someone who suffered years of anorexia because I started a stupid diet like the one you're considering.
Don't do it.

Hell naw, unless you're 4"7 it's not good mate. Just have 1800 atleast, besides you can eat 3000 calories but as long as you burn it off you can still lose weight.

Essentially what I mean is you should do some exercise if you wanna lose weight and make sure you don't buy fast food etc

Teenagers need lots of energy and nutrients because they're still growing. The amount of energy that food and drink contains is measured in kilojoules (kJ) and kilocalories (kcal), commonly just referred to as calories.

A report from 2011 estimated the average energy requirements for children aged 13 to 18 to be:

Age Boys Girls
13 10,100kJ / 2,414kcal 9,300kJ / 2,223kcal
14 11,000kJ / 2,629kcal 9,800kJ / 2,342kcal
15 11,800kJ / 2,820kcal 10,000kJ / 2,390kcal
16 12,400kJ / 2,964kcal 10,100kJ / 2,414kcal
17 12,900kJ / 3,083kcal 10,300kJ / 2,462kcal
18 13,200kJ / 3,155kcal 10,300kJ / 2,462kcal

I’m 171cm. 1800??? I will never be able to lose weight if I do that. People say you can eat what you like but eat less calories than what you need to maintain your weight

That isn't a healthy way to lose weight, it would be much more beneficial to lose weight in active ways rather than passive ie. not cutting out things you do but doing extra in order to lose weight. That can be eating the same amount of calories but in healthier alternatives and doing more exercise. If you consume that little calories a day it is very bad for your body and you would have very low energy and a bad immune system.

Good luck though!

But I want to lose weight. 3155 is why I’m nearly overweight. I eat too much

I eat healthy things and sugary fatty things. Both. And it’s just perfect.

At 171cm you will definitely lose weight on 1800 if you're an active teen/young adult.

Try 1500 a day and it depends how much you weigh now because did you're obese then more is needed but if youre curvy and want to become less curvy then less calories might help

Not curvy. Fat. I’m nearly overweight so shall I maybe stick to 1100?

If you eat 500 calories less than your maintenance per day, you lose a pound a week, which is the healthy way to do it. Losing too much too fast only means you'll put it back on (and more!) or develop a full blown eating disorder. Both of which are bad options.

I'm not a dietician but I'll say this, if youre 100kg then yeah try 1100, if youre 80-99kg then maybe 1100 to 1300 and if youre 60-79kg then 1500 is good because if you eat less you'll become a stick
