Maths Functions Help

Hi, would anyone know how to answer this question:

The function g is given by

g(x) = 3x^2 +2x-1
Show that for all values of x
g(x+2) = 3x^2 + 14x + 15

Thank you so much!
If you could put the steps in so I would understand how to get it that would be very helpful

plug (x+2) into 3x^2+2x-1 and it should give u 3x^2+14x+15
