Nearly Completed First Year At Uni Moving To Another Uni

I'm not happy at the university I'm at for many reasons. The course is not what I expected it to be. I applied for another university and been accepted. I have to start from year 1 in September though.
What should I do now? in terms of student finance? Do I have to apply for it all again? Or can I transfer it over to the new uni? Should I stay on at the uni I'm at to complete the year?
I am baffled about what to do and not sure how it all works.
Any advice will be appreciated TA

What to do with finance depends whether you plan to complete the year or not.
If you withdraw from your course then you have to apply for finance for next year (opens next month) as a new student.
If you finish the year then you apply as a continuing student and just change the university/course information.
