I just finished my MSc course in UK and my overall percentage is 61.5%. This was calculated by adding the percentage of the 3 terms and divided that by 3. However for one of the term, I had 50% only due to re-sit. Will I still be able to get First Class or won't since I had less than 60% for one of the term?

Depends on how your uni calculates the final grade which you can find out from your handbook.

So you got through a whole degree without bothering to check how the uni calculates its degree results? Sorry, but that’s just lazy. You can still find all the information to do this yourself online in a couple of minutes.
