RAF medical check

hello, ive just applied for the RAF, im stressing about them checking my medical records as two years ago i had three collapses and had to have tests done at hospital but was cleared of everything, now when i contacted my GP theres nothing on my medical records to ever say i and one or went into the hospital, will the RAF still find out? n
