a varying strain rate of the ultimate tensile strength of high-density polyethene

Is this related to cross-head speeds?

In my experiment, three specimens were tested of High-density polythene at three different crosshead speeds 1mm/sec, 10mm/sec and 50mm/sec.

Thanks.

Yes it's the rate of the test.
