University of Glasgow admission offer

I have received an unconditional offer from the University of Glasgow for admission to the IMSISS programme. I am yet to receive the acceptance/rejection notification about the Erasmus Mundus scholarship. So, if I accept the current offer from the University of Glasgow and fail to avail the Erasmus Mundus scholarship later, can I opt out of the admission process willingly? It is not possible for me to study without the scholarship and hence, I want to be sure that by accepting the current admission offer, I do not become legally bound to carry on my studies later and bear the expenses by myself.
I have recieved a conditional offer, I'm still looking forward to get the Erasmus Scholarship. I have read that people with good background have been rejected. I'm nervous about that fact.
