Specifically for science I was wondering if it was possible to form an idea of the topics that might come up in the exam . For example do u think the actual exam will include topics from the specimen paper or will aqa use the topics that did not appear in the specimen . Just wondering what u guys think ?

It can sometimes give you a rough idea (e.g. if there's an 8 mark question on a certain topic, it's unlikely that another 8 mark question will come up) but DO NOT base your revision off this: there are some topics that come up every year regardless of the specimen paper.

The specimen paper is useful for figuring out what sort of structure there is to the exam and for practice, but not much else.
