Bristol Vs. Brighton

I have an unconventional offer for Brighton and a conditional for Bristol. Both cities are beautiful and look awesome....Which makes it really hard to choose which one to go to. My offers are to study MLibArts at Bristol or Philosophy, politics and ethics at Brighton. Any thoughts???!!!!
