Knee pain after runningWatch
Now when I was about 13 (5 years ago) i dislocated my left knee and I'm thinking that the muscles around the knee are weaker because of it and that's why my left knee is the only one that has a pain/ache.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to maybe strengthen these muscles or anything I can do to stop it hurting when I run?? I don't particularly want to visit the doctors
But muscles around the knee mainly the quads area then. So if you hit the gym the leg extensions should be useful. I think or like power biking. I think but I’m no bodybuilder (trying to build up muscles thou😉) or a muscles expert that’s what I would do personally. Hope it helps
