Finding a therapists
Hi,
I am in need of finding a good therapist, my requirments are; 1-3 sessions per week, psychotherapy/psychology, central london, not over expensive.
Does anyone have any ideas where I could look, apart from just searching randomly on the internet and asking my GP?

I'm going to suggest the infamous site therapistfinder.com.
Just so I don't get warned, I'll also give some actual advice (baiting the mods here!), and say that: go to your GP and ask if they can recommend anyone. They should be able to, whether NHS or private.
Okay, just read your post properly...can you ask around; friends and family (although it is a bit of a sensitive topic)? Have you had trouble asking your GP in the past, because that probably is the easiest way.
