I failed my Criminal Law Coursework, What happens now?

I recently received my criminal law CW back and got a 34 which is a fail. From what I've learnt; Coursework is 35% of the grade, and if you fail a module you will be asked to either reapply for the first year or join a different university. Any advice on what I can do?

Depends which university and what their rules are.
You havent failed the module yet you still have 65% of it to play for. In most cases it will be a straight average unless it says you need to pass all three components. By my calculation you need to score 42.25% in the rest and that would scrape you a pass.

You may also get a condoned fail if you get close to 40%.

Just do well in the rest and learn from it.

Dont think you have to consider the options until you actually fail. the normal result is a capped resit.
