Referencing?!

So I recently had a 2500 word essay due. I submitted it on time but I looked back and realised I had messed up on my referencing a bit. Instead of putting the place of publication and then the publisher I did it the wrong way around . I didn’t do it consistently though, I’ve mixed between the two by accident. How many marks am I likely to lose?

I usually get 80s or 90s in my assignments...is there a chance it’ll be taken down a lot by this?

It depends how much referencing counts in the assignment brief.

You can use websites to cite references for you, it's much easier to do that than to manually cite it. Makes things more consistent too.

Have a look at the grading rubric. I would be marked down in English assignments but others didn’t care so much as long as I wasn’t plagiarising.
