Feeling utterly demoralized and lost doing my PCGE Watch

People I know who are currently teachers have said that their PGCE/NQT years were the most difficult they've done. But that after them, they have been able to have a better work-life balance and everything calms down a lot. Unfortunately I think it's a case of short-term pain for long term gain.
If that doesn't help, just think of all the children who's education you are making a difference to.
