Keep me posted if anyone hears anything about an offer or rejection for their courses in Stran!
I heard of some people hearing in May last year :frown: It seems like we did the interview ages ago!
4 weeks after the interview??

Yes, she got an offer 4 weeks after interview apparently. It really does feel like forever since interview
I think it will be atleast late March/April before rejections/offers are out. I think rejections go out first, so the longer not knowing the better really🤞 The uni does have until May to decide, but hopefully they won’t make us wait that long..
I hope we don’t have to wait until May! Where else has everyone applied? I applied for primary and secondary French at Stirling and Strathclyde primary.

I've got 4 offers from unis in Wales for ECS but think I would prefer to stay at home
I think if I got an offer from Stran it would definitely be my first choice, but I will just have to wait and see. I’m going over to see Strathclyde soon so maybe I will really like it. I thought my interview for Stran went quite well too and I thought the interviewers were really nice. One of my friends has an interview for Liverpool Hope but she isn’t going to go over either because she definitely knows she wants to stay at home. Lucky you have your A levels done!
I’m sure you will be fine if your interview went well! I was thinking about doing an English Lit degree but I changed my mind in lower sixth haha:smile: When do you normally hear about St. Mary’s?

I'm not 100% confident with my interview but still hoping for the best! I completed a foundation degree in CCLD part time alongside working full time in a Pre- School. Just want to know at this stage so I can plan ahead, they're so slow!! I'm 22 now so time is ticking 😂
Ah so we’re close in age! I’m considered a ‘mature student’ at 21 haha but I felt no different than the 18 year olds at the interviews. I really liked Stranmillis when I was up for my interview, so if I get a place in any of the 3 courses I’ll be really pleased

Yea I think they only let a small percent of 'mature students in tho which is a bit of a worry, but really hoping I get an offer
An old teacher of mine said that universities have a percentage of ‘mature students’ that they like to maintain and that would work in my favour, so I’m looking at it positively:smile:
Good luck guys!! Hope we all hear soon.
