One that I can think of is that Bandura's initial study used contrived materials like the doll itself which gives low ecological validity as it's hard to generalise the results to real life situations - like would the children has responded the same if the doll was a real human?
You could use things like demand characteristics and the fact that the behaviour of the participants is not completely natural as they are aware of observation.
