How to be happier Watch

I’m not going to go into detail about anything here

Some things that make me happier (for a short while) are: laughing/talking with friends, achieving a good academic result in something, cuddling my pets, listening to music, putting on makeup/getting dressed up and generally feeling good about my appearance , having a goal to plan towards , going out in sunny weather
And idk what else

Just wondering
Anyone have anything different to me that they do?
Anyone have any tips in general?

gonna sound a little dumb, but pretending that i'm happy often makes me happier. also i tried using a dog clicker and it seemed to work. basically everytime you feel genuinely happy you click, and after a few months when you're feeling really low you click it and you suddenly feel happy.

Probably going out with mates, working out, sports and yeah getting good grades is always nice!

Doing something crazy (parachuting) or something you'd not expect yourself to do actually makes me happy.

I think generally appreciate what you know as the ‘norm’ after a rough patch is the peak of happiness for me. Simple as it sounds, but just a true appreciation of everything I have and Everything around me!

- Not giving a f*ck about things that don't matter
- Taking time out for yourself and doing what you enjoy
- Meditating in nature (personal fave)
- Dancing and singing in the street cos why tf not

I usually like to do snowboarding or even more ridiculous drifting with cars, but that gets expensive. I think its best to relate it to yourself, you could travel abroad for even a few days, I've noticed cheap flights for less then £20 to Spain recently. Experiencing and doing new things will keep you happy, trust me!

for me it was cutting down on constant stimulation by technology and working towards sorting whatever is making me unhappy out instead of running away from it

Thank you x
One thing I have tried to do is think of 3 positive things that have happened in the day, so i can appreciate it a lot more and not feel negative
