Today during terrible weather I was traveling down towards a set of lights that turned amber as I was heading into them. The road was a fairly fast one, and slick with rain. It would have been unsafe for me to break. The lights turned red as I went through, I’m not talking about the end of my car, I do mean fully red.
There is a definite red light camera on these lights, not a sensor. However, I did not see any flashes in my mirrors as I crossed and I have been told they are very noticeable.
Is there any chance I was not caught?

There's a couple of seconds before the trigger is activated - sounds like you were very lucky.

There is certainly a chance as in many areas not all of the camera boxes actually have a camera inside them

There's a slight bit of lenience which you'll be fine with, this is so they catch drivers purposely going through red lights. Opposed to people who slightly misjudge it like yourself.

You're probably off the hook, though if you didn't have enough time to stop for the lights you were probably travelling too fast to begin with.
