lol why you getting all defensive for? you're the one askin if you're fat since you have those dimensions. No one cares about your bmi darling. It's all about what they see at first glance. it's your dimensions. hey. you asked, love. I answered.

Where is your judgment coming from make sure to look at the links below my pic Other photos
My judgement is coming from the photos and stats. You have a very obvious belly, and I don't even need a calculator to know those stats are terrible, you're almost as heavy as me - a 5'9 male at 170lbs with a lot of muscle.

Calorie counting is not "BS" and you certainly have time to exercise, what oh so time-consuming priorities do you even have? Laziness is no excuse to improve yourself.

Also, there's no such thing as fat burning remedies so don't bother. Fitness will always mean sacrifices. If you want a fat burner that works (i.e drugs, and not some home mix) then you'll need to enter the bodybuilding black market, just remember these will cut your life in half.

Yes and I think you already know that.

One of two things will happen in the next couple of months. You will either lose the weight or you will make excuses for why you haven't lost the weight.

The issue isn't that you're overweight because a BMI of 27 is just barely into that range, but rather you're carrying it around your midsection (I'm assuming since you didn't post any full body pics). That's a major risk factor for a lot of metabolic issues. Do you have any family history of diabetes or heart disease?

You'd be wise to change your attitude towards calorie counting, exercise, etc. The side effects will start coming through as you get older and fatter. Fix things while you're young.

Why would I need to make an excuse... Anyway it’s my choice if I lose it or not so that’s what I will tell someone straight if they ask why I haven’t lost weight. But my aim is to lose at least 8 lbs

Why do you keep posting threads? Go to your doctor if you genuinely don't know if you're fat or not.
