They're brown and have a hijab on? I would hope not to get you in a police line up.

Rainfall has a more pleasant forehead and teef situation going on. Fairly distinct, you little blind donkey.

Why you so salty for😂😂😂 go sit down big man and stop trying to back up your TSR bae, you wet guy.

Don't assume that because shes brown and wears a hijab that I would think she looks like Shamima Begum. Theres more to it than that.

I doubt your even a student fam. Your probably like 40 years old.

Your teeth don't have to be the same for you to look like her. Nevertheless, you can't even see your teeth!

Im not trying to offend you @Rainfall, allow me.

Don’t worry I’m not angry at you. I think I look like her a little bit too. We both have dark circles

Just buy it but only if you are prepared to fork out if something goes wrong.

I honestly hate these kinds of threads because shortly there will be people jumping on who know nothing about cars but they will be telling you that for £600 it must be dead and ready for scrap. As someone coming from a motor background, I can tell you the following.

My existing cars stand me at the following:
05 Civic - £275.00
00 Logo - £450.00
97 Discovery - £400.00
02 IS200 - £280.00
04 Mini - £425.00

All of our cars are safe. The price does not determine the quality of car. The trick is finding the right one at the right price. Do you have anyone that can come with you to view it? I would want to see that it has a valid MOT and what the advisories are. You also want someone that can take a good look at it, take it for a drive and recognise the knocks it might make.
The difference is, it sounds like you know what to look out for, and if anything does go wrong, you'd probably have a better idea on what and how to fix than the average consumer. I do agree that the price doesn't determine the quality of a car, but if you don't know what to look out for, it would be wise to stay away from extremely cheap cars, or bring someone who does know what they're looking at.

Well ... I don’t know what to do then. I don’t mind paying 150 for insurance
Is that your annual insurance quote for the car?

PS. I'm moving this to cars and motoring

Aye, I am 40. Didn't your step-dad teach you to respect your elders?

You said insurance would cost 150. I guarantee it will be more than that. As a new driver you can quite possibly add a zero, or more.

DO NOT BUY AN AUTOMATIC FOR YOUR FIRST CAR. That is not a good idea. You need to learn in a manual and then get your confidence in a manual. If you learn in an auto now, you will ruin your ability for later. Do you have a registration for the car?

Don't get me wrong, I understand all of that. But just because she pays more for a car, won't make it any more reliable. Realistically she should not buy anything without assistance from someone who can look it over.
