I am crying. Is it possible to argue the conditional offer for Durham?

Hello guys, I am an oversea student who wants to study in England for Master's degree.

Recently I got my score of last semester: 57, because of a math course.

My score in Y3 is 61, so if I want to get 2:1, I need to have 63 this semester.
However, I cannot ensure that, our professors are stingy to give student high mark.

In this case, I have a conditional offer from Durham (MA International Relations).
I am a business student in undergraduate study.

What if I fail to get 2:1 (the overall mark is 58-59), is it possible to argue to Durham's admission office? Is there any successful precedent?

I love Durham so much, if I cannot go there because of math, it will be my regret in my life.

Please help me, what can I do if this really happens.

Contact them now and ask what would happen if you missed out on a 2:1 by a small margin.
