I am doing a fy in Science at Manchester and I was wondering if this might disadvantage me for admission to international unis. The point is that I am trying to get into some quite prestigious universities outside the UK as I have noticed that the entry requirements for my high school diploma there are much lower, but I am scared that the fy may hurt my chances of getting in since it's basically a 'second opportunity'.
Am I just being paranoid or could this be a thing?
