Chewing and losing weight - medical advice welcome!Watch
So if I don't chew my food properly, my body won't be able to get as many calories from the food, but I won't feel hungry. If my body ends up taking longer to digest my food properly, then that's more time I won't feel hungry for so I still win.
What are the downsides to not chewing properly? I can take vitamin pills if necessary, I just don't want to feel hungry!
