The Student Room Group

GCSE Drama Devising

My group has our main performance for devising next week and we still have an extra three scenes to do. My group does not seem to care at all about the performance and do not want to schedule any rehearsals. However, I am the scriptwriter and (although this may seem bad) my character has a wide range of emotions to display. Will I still get a good mark if the performance of others goes wrong?
My best advice is to be confident, if someone makes a mistake, take the initiative and act yo ur way out of it as if that was meant to happen. That not only saves them but make you look like a confident if not great performer..
