Kings vs UEA Medicine

I'm in bit of a sticky situation, I am resitting 2 a levels and have got two offers for medicine from these unis, both being A*A, I really do like both universities perhaps kings a bit more. However kings are not very lenient in the sense that if you don't get A*A on results day they won't let you in, but with UEA I know many people who missed their offers and still got in. (Might be different for me because I'm resitting). I don't really know which one to choose any advice would be helpful.
