English Lit coursework. HELP PLS

Hallo. I've got my English lit A-Level first coursework draft due soon and am stuck on how to start it or even go about it in general . Any advice is much appreciated.

my two books of comparison are Rebecca and Burial rites.

my question is :

"Rebecca is a book about the fear of powerful women, and especially of women who assert their sexual freedom. Rebecca is killed because she defies the patriarchal order."

With this statement in mind, compare and contrast the ways in which both authors present the roles of women. In the course of your writing make clear how your interpretation of the texts has been influenced by other readers' views as well as consideration of relevant contextual factors.
