UCL 2019 philosophy adjustment?

I have a place to study children’s nursing at a London university but I’m questioning if this is what I want to do or if I’d rather do philosophy. After researching, I know that I would be pretty set on UCL for philosophy and was just wondering if anyone knows the likelihood of getting in via adjustment or if I’d have to take a gap year?

Contact UCL and ask. They might at least tell you if it was in Adjustment last year.
