I got bad grades but I still 'passed' them all.

I am hoping to get into their Philosophy course. Do you think I have a chance? And if you, or anybody else you know was rejected from Birkbeck, what was the reason? Bad personal statement?

Thanks

It'd probably be worth contacting them directly to enquire about your suitability for the course on the basis of your qualifications, and whether you may need to e.g. undertake some more preparatory work before applying or if they would be able to consider you directly. If they indicate you wouldn't be able to go directly into the course, you could look at doing e.g. an Access to HE course or OU module(s).
