Debt and student loans
Hi,
I have applied and will be starting uni in September, however our financial situation has become untenable and I need to look into either bankruptcy or an IVA thing. I can not afford to come to university without the student loans for course payment and living costs so my question is, can I apply for bankruptcy and still get these or will they be taken away? Thanks
