For english (assuming literature) definitely go to sparknotes and take a look at the lovely summaries and quotes they have. Also take a look at Mr Bruff’s videos on Youtube

For science on youtube there are emerging people such as Science Shorts who are summarising GCSE content. Revision guides are also really useful since most of the information you need is in there. Past papers from the exam board are useful once you KNOW the content.
