Hey guys, just joined. Been to dentist and told I need a filling - a small hole has appeared. They can't do it for 3 weeks, and its too small to put a temp in. Is there risk in waiting this long? Thanks!

I did, but part of me is paranoid from a previous bad experience waiting. They're really busy and hardly gonna advise me to go elsewhere lol.

If it's a small hole it's probably fine to wait a little. Just be careful with what you eat and make sure you take extra care when cleaning your teeth and using mouthwash. If it was risky they would have fitted you in with an emergency appointment.
