Does being high on weed make you more likely to be truthful, like alcohol? Or does it make you more inclined to tell a lie?

None of the above. It makes you hungry and giggly, and horny too quite often.

I’ve never experienced being horny whilst being high or even stoned?

Does it make you feel detached, though? And do you feel like you take things less seriously when high? Are you more likely to overcome your inhibitions?

Most people I know who smoke it find it does that to them. I guess it doesn't do that to everyone though.

Makes me more likely to not even speak, too much effort, if I got a good idea I'll tell you - otherwise don't bother me

I believe alcohol doesn't make you think twice but no idea what weed does other than making you high.

Giggly, this is true
I could imagine it might make you feel like you could just throw away some truths that you'd be too embarrassed to talk about irl, although I think that's much more the effect of alcohol. The atmosphere is really dazed when you're high, I think it's more likely you don't think about those sorts of things, or even care. When you're drunk you're more high energy and silly so you're way more likely to start saying what you wouldn't usually. That's happened to me many numerous times.

Ah, okay. Does it make you more emotional? I've heard that it can exaggerate the emotions a person feels...

It makes you more inclined to forget how your sentence was supposed to finish when only half way through. Yeah but... er… just chill. Don't worry, be happy! But your economy is in ruins and rebels are blowing stuff up! No worries... mon.

Do you find that this manifestation of emotion wears off once the effect of weed wears off?
(Original post by blacksheep8)
In my experience it hasn't made me more emotional in the stereotypical sense of the term 'emotional' (crying, or talking about emotional topics that are sad, etc), but it has made me more emotional as in laughing so hard I'm crying which has made me feel a sense of community with those sharing the experience. In that way I guess it's sort of emotional.

No, you just feel happy and relaxed. Depends on the strain tho, if it's a sativa strain it can hinder your thoughts so it's possible. If it's extremely strong you can hallucinate lol

Also if you're going to do weed be careful not to go hardcore too fast. I was not prepared for weed brownies :/ oh and don't underestimate weed in foods. They're usually the strongest.

Not sure tbh, I'm quite a naturally open guy and feel that same kind of openness when smoking weed.
I will say tho, it makes me feel connected to everything and I f*cking love it.

From what I've seen people smoking weed infrequently can get hungry, giggly, very relaxed or totally spaced out.
Strong weed and very regular long term users can experience hallucinations, paranoia or drastic mood swings which can take an aggressive turn.
Weed mixed with spice is the very worst for hallucinations and sudden blackouts.

Thanks! How long would you say the high usually lasts?

It does. Makes me crazy horny. Aggressively, even. It can intensifies orgasms to where you feel in tuned with the aura of the other person.
