Yep, the Peacock is pretty full for Economics lectures, and that's got a capacity of 999. If you also take into account the people who don't attend lectures, that's probably close to 1000.

Has anyone read the comments on the group? According to Ruhana Ali (SU education and welfare officier), Alwyn Young has marked the first 100 scripts and hasn't found anything wrong...maybe those are the geniuses :p:

He found no problems ... that is drastically different from not finding any questions wrong.

How did the EC102 marks go for the rest of you?

They must have scaled it up or something. I got 61, and considering i thought i got something like 35....

well they must have done something.

There's definitely scaling/curving. That's the only way one can explain the utter unpredictability of the marks. People saying they're expecting a 2.2 and getting a 1st, and vice-versa, are all over the place. At least there were no real surprises for me !
