It is asking you to find the exact solution of the following equations by completing the square

Divide through by 3 to start and then complete the square as per usual.

I did and my answer was wrong it was something completely different and I don't know what I did wrong could you do it please and then I want to see what I did wrong.

The first thing I'd point out is that, rather than using decimals, I would use fractions when completing the square. That way your equation comes out as x^2+(2/3)x+(2/3).
Secondly, 2/3 is not 0.6, its 0.666... recurring.
Next you can add and subtract your b/2 term, giving you your completed square.
