HELP! Health and social care level 3 UCAS grading

In my first year, I got D overall with 2 P and rest Ds.

This year, I am going for Ds in my assignments and got P in one and M in other exams.

If I get 1 P, 1 M and rest Ds. What is going to be my overall? and Does it really matters what overall grades you get?.
