Dissertation participants

Hi, I asked 12 participants to take part in my dissertation questionnaire around campus. Is this sample too small or can I work with it?. The questionnaire is my main data collection method. Its not a mixed method study. Can I still achieve a decent grade with only 12 participants taking part?

It depends on who your target population is (are they a small group that are generally hard to access for example?) and how valid/reliable you want your findings to be.

On the whole, it's generally accepted that the more participants the better.
