Rich parents in the US have been busted in a scheme to get their kids into high profile colleges.

Essentially the parents paid a company which bribed college admissions on their behalf, without the kids knowledge.

Parts of the scheme included helping the students cheat on their tests by arranging for them to take them at set locations where test administrators had been bribed to change the answers afterwards, bribing coaches and saying that they were top athletes.

How the rich and famous live. If you're not good enough, pay someone to get you where you want to be.

To be fair, if you're the kids you would be a bit gutted that you haven't managed to get into a good university on your own merit and someone had to be paid off.................. na they probably won't care actually

Most disappointing are the corrupt people receiving these bribes. There will always be desperation from applicants and families to get into top schools and universities. It's those representing the institutions or the application process who ought to be ashamed.
