Frustrated - butt is leaking Watch

So I've got this problem. After I clean my butt, it's super clean and feels clean. There is literally no **** there what so ever. However, after a day or so, I get this feeling in my crack like it's wet/moist. When I wipe, the tissue is an off white colour. At first I though it was sweat so I left it alone for a few days. Turns out it's actual ****. I know my bum cleaning process is on point cos I use water. Even my GP said it's good I use water cos it's more hygenic and cleans better than TP alone. Now I've seen my GP about this problem but she couldn't tell what it was. I'm supposed to have blood tests done (due to another issue) and she said lets wait to see what the blood tests reveal but it's frustrating living like this. It keeps freaking leaking. It's annoying me so much. Like wtf is a blood test gonna reveal when I'm being tested for sugar levels.

How can I stop this problem? Could it be it leaks everytime I fart. I've tried including more fibre in my diet this last week or 2 to make sure my stool is firmer and healthier but nope, it appears that's not working. I also sit on the toilet longer to make sure I get it all out. I even strain if I have to. **** sake I'm so pissed off as I'm writing this.

Somebody please help. I'd really appricate any help. Thanks

Eat less fat; one use of fat in the human body is to lubricate the ol' back door - sometimes this comes out when there's nothing to lubricate. It looks like gravy and has the consistency of mucus, and that could be what you're experiencing. I've had that before and it just stopped when I stopped eating so much fat.

Also if you're able to leave it alone "for a few days" you're probably not having your bowels open enough. Could be you're leaking because your bowels are protesting. How often do you eat and how often do you void?

I'm trying to cut back on fat and increase fibre. I don't entirely understand the second bit you said about my bowels not being open.

Well on a typical day, I'd wake up, eat before leaving for uni. Then I won't eat anything until I get back which is around 3-4ish sometimes 5. Once I get back I eat a meal then. Usually I'd snack every hour or so until night. If something is made then I'd eat but if not then I don't eat and go straight to bed. I normally have the call of nature every few days. So about 2 maybe 3 times a week.

It's a term for defæcation/voiding.

Your eating routine isn't really right, and your voiding routine is definitely wrong. You should be going every day, at least, if you're eating properly. Two or three times a day is healthy, one is kind of, less than that and you're at risk of getting into a bad situation.

What foods are you eating?

Eat more veg and drink more water. Focus on your diet. Hopefully it will be better soon.

Are you a girl? If so, it may simply be discharge, that has moved across your underwear when you sit down, for example. Would suggest trying a pad or something and see if that soaks it up?

Since this problem started, for breakfast I either eat toast or a bowl of oats. I usually snack on nuts, sometimes fruit, baked crisps, nakd bars. When I get home, my mums usually made food be it from anything such pasta, indian lentil soup, rice and I don't know what to call it in english but certain vegetables such as aubergienes, couliflower, turnips, etc are cooked in a traditional indian stir fry thing. I don't know if it classifies as a curry. Probably not. I have this with chapartis.

I've totally cut our refined sugar from my diet cos I get the urge to go No.2 soon after I've eaten sugar. I'm getting my blood test for this.

I suppose I need to add more fresh fruit and veg to my diet

I will try this. Go 100% clean and eat nothing but pure frui, veg and water.
