So I realised I have no friends. Like, none. So does anyone know where I can meet other lgbtq+ teens? I’m super awkward and extremely introverted so making friends/conversation is pretty difficult for me.

Maybe finding other teens I feel more related to would help me make more friends (despite me being closeted).

I know how you feel, but luckily I've found some great LGBT friends I can be myself around.
See if there's a LGBT society/club at your school as that would be the best place to start. You'll already have something in common with the people there are chances are you might have similar interests.
Look online for other groups that might meet near you. If you live near a big city literally google something like "London LGBT youth group" and you might find something.
Try joining a group that isn't specifically to do with LGBT. I go to a theatre group and there's lots of queer people there even though the group isn't really for that, but I still made great friends.
I know all of these suggestions involve you being brave and putting yourself out there which I know is very hard, but it'll be worth it.
If you really can't put yourself out there, try finding an online community as you might find friends through that. I have a great grouo chat on twitter full of LGBT people I consider friends.
Look on places like The Trevor Project or Switchboard.
And just remember that you'll find your place eventually, and you'll be okay
