Hi Guys, i have failed my GCSE back in 2017 as i was having a terrible time suffering with depression and anxiety terribly and i really want to go university and get a degree so i am taking the longer route studied Health and Social Care Level 1 in 2017 i am currently on Level 2 and on my way to go on Level 3 in September hopefully and i am redoing my English Language GCSE this year and retaking my Maths GCSE In September majority University courses mainly want Maths and English alone. The only issue is that i just want to know if this all worth doing? i want to go university and get my degree.but all my friends are going University this year September and i'm only going to be doing my Level 3 but yeah i don't know i just need some help with life atm.

If it’s what you want to do then of course it is worth doing! You sound like you are putting in a lot of effort to get your life on track and head in the direction you want-that’s great. I imagine the reason you are having doubts is because it is a lot of work and you are finding it stressful- but remember, all good things are worth working for! I did my GCSES in 2017 too, it was a **** year lol. Just make sure that uni will accept only 2 GCSEs and the social care course you are taking, some might require a levels.
