I didn’t receive offers for any UK uni (I’m an overseas student). What are my options if I still want to try and apply for Medicine again in the UK? Should I resit the IB or try for a Foundation Year, or do something else? I could try and retake Chem and Bio if needed.

Med school don't really like resits. Have you got your results yet?
May be worth applying for a foundation year if you don't have the current grades
