Want to give up caring job? Watch

I've decided that after one year of caring for my sister that it's time to give up my caring job and look for a proper career. I've currently just turned 24, but feel thirty years older. I'm not living as though I'm in my twenties, I stay at home all day, I'm getting fatter and fatter, I feel like a complete slob, my actions disgust me and I want a change. My mother goes out to work and I stay home all day with my sister. I do get paid for caring for her, but my mental health is getting worse and I'm afraid that soon I'll be diagnosed with clinical depression.

How do I tell my mother, that I'm quitting the caring job? It'll mean that she'll have to do her job part time and I'll lose the money.
