If a guy tries to kiss you when he's really drunk, but pulled away when another girl tried to kiss him (the same evening), does that mean he likes you or at least finds you attractive?

I think it means that he certainly finds you attractive at the time.
Do you know they guy outside of alcohol? If so then it may mean he likes you. If not then it probably just means he found you attractive at the time.

Ummm hard to tell if he is that drunk, but probably 
possibly... or it could be beer goggles...

he could just have been 'too' drunk when the other girl tried to kiss him...

It means that he's drunk. Probably everything he claps eyes on is attractive.
I know that people might kiss people they find unattractive when they're really drunk. But as I said before, he pulled away when the other girl tried to kiss him on the same night when he was just as drunk, so he can't have lost all his inhibitions.
I've seen drunk people trying to kiss trees, but been pushed away.
what people have forgotten to mention here is that alcohol also makes people more confident. It may be that he does like you and was too shy to make a move on you before, but felt more confident to do so when drunk. This certainly explains why he brushed off the other girl.

Anything seems logical when you're really drunk. Thankful for sobre friends pushing you out the door before you really do somethign stupid.
