hey guys can someone explain the answer to this? pretty please. my head is a garbled mess what's the difference between torque and moment?

I think moment and torque are basically the same. I use torque when thinking of moments which cause rotation, particularly couples.
This question is asking about torque and resultant force.
A has no turning moment,
B has a resultant force up .... etc
